This charming Hollywood Duplex–with private patio–is a skip and a jump to Hollywood hot spots, an easy journey to cafes and restaurants in the heart of Hollywood plus shopping in West Hollywood, Beverly Hills and the beaches.

The space

Live like a local on your visit to Hollywood in a cozy one-bedroom apartment in Beachwood Canyon (the canyon under the famed Hollywood sign). Unique, calm and private, this flat allows easy recovery from sightseeing and shopping ..... or, just a lazy read in the shade.

Amenities include wireless, a fully equipped kitchen, two flat screen TV's with cable, designer bedding & towels, a private parking space, private patio, laundry facilities... and fresh brownies to greet you.

It's a skip and a jump to Hollywood hotspots as well as an easy journey to cafes and restaurants in Los Feliz and Silverlake, shopping in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills, the beaches, The Farmer's Market and downtown museums and galleries.

Guest access

Once you enter your private gate, you are in your own private patio and apartment. The Washer/dryer is a few steps outside your private patio and is shared with only one other person.

Note: Should you want to stay for a shorter period of time, there are many places in the canyon I can recommend.  Please don’t hesitate to ask about them.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Prices

  • Extra people $25 per stay

  • Cleaning Fees: $100

  • Security Deposit $250

  • Host supports Living Wage Pledge: People who clean this host’s listing are paid a living wage

  • Pet fees:

    • $100 deposit per animal (refundable if no damages are incurred)

    • $50 cleaning fee per animal

House Rules

  • Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5 AM. or going to bed at 5 AM.

  • All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

  • This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to give you a chair and ashtray.

Cancellations

  • Life happens so my cancelation rules are easy:

    • Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
