House Rules
Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5AM. or going to bed at 5AM.
All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.
This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to give you a chair and ashtray.
Cancellations
Life happens so my cancelation rules are easy:
Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)
If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
