This is an elegant and easy apartment to be in. As comfortable as home but without the chaos. It is quiet with a patio which is a lovely place for brunch or dinner with friends to read or have a glass of wine at the end of the day.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Prices

  • Extra people $25 per stay

  • Cleaning Fee: $130

  • Security Deposit $250

  • Host supports Living Wage Pledge: People who clean this host’s listing are paid a living wage

  • Pet fees:

    • $100 deposit per animal (refundable if no damages are incurred)

    • $50 cleaning fee per animal

House Rules

  • Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5 AM. or going to bed at 5 AM.

  • All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

  • This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to give you a chair and ashtray.

Cancellations

  • Life happens so my cancelation rules are easy:

    • Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
