This charming and private two bedroom carriage house has a private patio , fully equipped kitchen, a flat screen TV with cable, high speed wireless internet, designer bedding & towels, free laundry facilities and a dedicated parking space.

The space

This is a calm and easy apartment to be in. As comfortable as home but without the chaos. It is quiet with a patio snug up to the hillside which is a great place to read or have a glass of wine at the end of the day and to plan the next.

Guest access

Once you enter your private gate, you are in your own private apartment and private Patio. The Washer/dryer is a few steps outside your front door.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Prices

• Extra people $25 per stay

• Cleaning Fee: $125

• Security Deposit $250

• Host supports Living Wage Pledge: People who clean this host’s listing are paid a living wage

• Pet fees:

  • $100 deposit per animal (refundable if no damages are incurred)

  • $50 cleaning fee per animal

House Rules

• Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5 AM. or going to bed at 5 AM.

• All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

• This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to give you a chair and ashtray.

Cancellations

• Life happens so my cancelation rules are easy:

  • Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)

  • If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
