The Bungalow

The Bungalow is close to all things Hollywood–the Sign, the Boulevard, studios & networks. Warner Brothers, Paramount, Disney, Universal, as well as all theaters in Hollywood–the Pantages, the Kodak. And freeway close to others. You’ll love The Bungalow because of the ambiance, the neighborhood, the outdoor space, the light, and the comfy beds. This space is perfect for couples, families (with kids), solo adventurers, business travelers, seniors, and furry friends (pets).

The space

The large yard and patio is a perfect place for reading, dinners al fresco, chatting with friends or just taking a nap.

Guest access

The yard is private to the Bungalow guests.

Note: Should you want to stay for a shorter period of time, there are many places in the canyon I can recommend.  Please don’t hesitate to ask about them.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Prices

  • Extra people $25 per stay

  • Cleaning Fee: $135

  • Security Deposit $250

  • We support the Living Wage Pledge: People who clean any of our spaces are paid a living wage

  • Pet fees:

    • $100 deposit per animal (refundable if no damages are incurred)

    • $50 cleaning fee per animal

House Rules

  • Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5AM. or going to bed at 5AM.

  • All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

  • This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to provide a chair and ashtray.

Cancellations

  • Life happens - my cancelation rules are easy:

    • Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
