Nestled into the hillside, this elegantly rustic one bedroom apartment has two private patios to relax in. Large enough for a small dinner party or reading the Sunday paper, this hide-away is filled with the sounds of coyotes in the evening and the sighting of an occasional deer–yet minutes from cafes and restaurants in the heart of Hollywood and shopping in West Hollywood and Beverly Hills.

NOTE - As a two bedroom:

The Hillside Cabin becomes a unique two bedroom home when combined with the Elegant Studio (see video above as a two bedroom). It is perfect for two friends, colleagues or couples who want their own space, yet like to travel together. It is also perfect for those who may want a separate work space/office in addition to a living space. This combination is ideal for a family with children who are ten and older.

Note: Should you want to stay for a shorter period of time, there are many places in the canyon I can recommend.  Please don’t hesitate to ask about them.

 BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Prices

  • Extra people $25 per stay

  • Cleaning Fees: Studio is $110

  • Security Deposit $250

  • Host supports Living Wage Pledge: People who clean this host’s listing are paid a living wage

  • Pet fees:

    • $100 deposit per animal (refundable if no damages are incurred)

    • $50 cleaning fee per animal

House Rules

  • Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5AM. or going to bed at 5AM.

  • All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

  • This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to give you a chair and ashtray.

Cancellations

  • Life happens so my cancelation rules are easy:

    • Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
