THE TREE HOUSE

(One Bedroom)

This stand alone, one bedroom cabin on a hillside is charming and cozy. Called 'The Treehouse' because–as you can see by the pictures –one is surrounded by tree tops.

The space

This is a unique space and It has all amenities (wireless internet, phone, TV, Cable, washer/dryer), parking space, private patio and deck.  It includes a small kitchen with enough cooking appliances and utensils to cook a Thanksgiving Dinner.  

The downside is that it is 'a little cabin on a hill'. . . meaning there are many steps to get to it. . . as in 50 steps. That being said, it is a little piece of heaven rare in an urban area and a few minutes from Hollywood and the Freeways.

This entire cabin and outside deck is private to the guest.

BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICIES

Prices

  • Extra people $25 per stay

  • Cleaning Fees: $100

  • Security Deposit $250

  • Host supports Living Wage Pledge: People who clean this host’s listing are paid a living wage

  • Pet fees:

    • $100 deposit per animal (refundable if no damages are incurred)

    • $50 cleaning fee per animal

House Rules

  • Many of our neighbors are actors, musicians, writers and directors whose hours are not what would be considered 'normal'. Often they are up at 5AM. or going to bed at 5AM.

  • All noise curfew laws are enforced. Meaning it is 'quiet time' at 10 PM, Sunday to Thursday and 11 PM on Friday and Saturday.

  • This is a no smoking property. But there is a sidewalk close by.... and I am happy to give you a chair and ashtray.

Cancellations

  • Life happens so my cancelation rules are easy:

    • Cancelations made up to 24 hours before check in will get a full refund (minus service fees)

    • If you cancel within 24 hours of your trip and the first night is non-refundable
