“This a great place! Eda was so kind to us when I arrived there with my two kids as I was new to LA and a little overwhelmed..we had everything we needed and felt very safe there. The bed is very comfortable and the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked with your necessary the end of my trip (a little over a month) I felt quite at home. Eda is a great, flexible host and I would definitely recommend her places.”

“Eda is such an amazing host. She was there to greet us and show us around the property which I always appreciate. The area is very quiet and the views feel like you’re living in a tree house. The back patio area is relaxing with cute lights, landscaping and even a little water fountain. A pretty spacious 2-bedroom which we stayed in for an entire month with our newborn. I highly recommend Eda’s place - it had everything from a full-service kitchen to comfy bed, A/C, ceiling fans, a TV and more. There’s even a CUTE market and really awesome cafe within walking distance. The restaurants on Franklin also deliver or you can take a long walk or drive over there. Very yummy food. If you can’t tell, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Xoxo”

“Needed an affordable place to stay for a week while we found somewhere for my brother to live. Eda and her Hollywood Hills guest house were absolutely incredible. Eda was amazing, very helpful and accommodating. Gave me privacy as desired but provided for all my needs and requests, including welcoming my 2 dogs and allowing me to do laundry. The guest house was perfect. Enough space for my dogs and visiting guests. The back patio and lookout are phenomenal. The location is ideal for sights and activities. A short drive/walk to the market and to hiking trails, dog park, Universal Studios, and the heart of Hollywood. The only thing better than the guest house and the location was the host. If ever in the LA area I highly recommend staying with Eda.”

“Great location in the Hollywood Hills! We had a wonderful time. Eda was a gracious host. Eda provided us directions and highlights before we arrived. She had milk, fruit, and coffee ready for our arrival which made the next morning very relaxed with our east coast jet lag. The apartment is very comfortable with the 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, full eat-in kitchen with dishes, glasses, silverware, pans, etc., and living area with TV. We were only there for a few nights and so were out an about and didn’t have an opportunity to unwind on the deck out back. Location is pretty central and uber is readily available but we did use the parking spot for things further out. Eda was very friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable and were enjoying LA. Great trip.”
